The Bakery and Cafe were stated in the year 2009. This is to train the clients from the Lighthouse to have some skills in baking and as hawkers. There are five trainees bakers and two other trainees in these two places. The bakery caters for orders from colleges, hospitals, offices and hotels. We also sell our products at varoius churches after Masses, and caters for functions and meetings.

 

 

 

The cafe is open at 7.30am for breakfast and remain opens until tea time (Monday to Friday).

 

The Bakery started operation on Sept 15, 2009, with main pastries:
- Chicken curry puff

- Baked ham chin peng

- Wholemeal load

- Chicken pie

- Egg tart

- Roti jari

 

Presently, we supply our pastries to:
- Equator Academy

- G Hotel

- Lam Wah Ee Hospital
