1) Organising Ministries
- To initiate and sustain various projects that are geared towards identifying the needs of migrant workers be it physical, emotional or spiritual needs.
- To initiate, sustain and support projects/activities that address and satisfy those needs.
2) Empowering the marginalised
- To initiate, sustain and support programmes

that help migrant workers experience the development of the whole person which would enable them to live a full and dignified life. - To initiate, sustain and support activities/projects that provide the motivation and opportunity to the migrant workers to reach out to fellow migrant workers.
- To initiate, sustain and support, wherever possible, activities/projects that empower migrant workers to
identify and eliminate the root causes of their oppression.
3) Providing a Solidarity experience for the People of God
- To provide a platform for all the People of God to journey and participate in the lives of migrant workers and through that journey experience the inner change that accompanies the understanding and living out of the poverty of Christ.
- These platforms will provide an opportunity to:
- Listen to the plights and struggles of the marginalised.
- Share in the pain of the marginalised.
- Respond to the needs of the marginalised.

4) Promoting Justice and Peace
- To study, identify and remove structures, policies, mechanisms and laws
that encourage and promote the oppression of migrant workers.
